“River Walking” is a new outdoor activity within everyone’s reach. It is practised in close contact with nature, alternating between hiking in the stream along the banks and in the water, passing small waterfalls and making stops at pools of still water.

Besides being a totally safe outdoor activity, it is also a naturopathic activity. Indeed, walking in the river improves circulation and together with the contact with nature offers many benefits.
