Players will interact with an NPC named Horace, who will guide them through five missions in various historical and natural locations:
- Mission 1: The Secret of Melfi Castle
- Mission 2: The Secret Recipe of Aglianico Wine
- Mission 3: The Discovery of Venosa
- Mission 4: The Hidden Treasure of Rionero
- Mission 5: The Sparkling Water of Atella
The gameplay experience has been enriched with gamification elements tied to historical and cultural points of interest, such as Horace’s birthplace, Venosa, and the medieval castles of Frederick II. The project is part of an initiative under the European Union (EU) Framework Program HORIZON 2020 for research and innovation, call for
proposal: “TRANSFORMATIONS-04-2019-2020 Innovative approaches to urban and regional development through cultural tourism,” led by the Institute for Research on Innovation and Services for Development of the National Research Council (CNR-IRISS).
