In this small village the legacy left by feudalism can be glimpsed in the remains of a castle and between the walls of the Church of Santa Maria della Quercia and the Sanctuary of Madonna di Pierno, which make the scenery even more fascinating.
Found south west of the Monticchio Lakes, San Fele is known for its waterfalls named U Uattenniére. Nature trails of varying difficulty make it possible for visitors to appreciate the picturesque falls. The forests of San Fele provides excellent opportunities for hiking, climbing and horse-riding.
