It is the third arbëreshë town of Vulture, after Barile and Maschito.
A journey into the past is what a simple walk through the narrow streets of the village looks like. The streets indicated with the double denomination, Albanian and Italian, the characteristic buildings such as Palazzo Allamprese, from the sixteenth century, or architectural elements such as the Arco Forno create a very special atmosphere in which one has the impression of being in a different era. Sensation corroborated by the breathtaking landscapes that frame the village. The Chiesa Madre of San Nicola and the Church of Madonna di Costantinopoli are well worth a visit.
